Please be advised that all information given to ABCS is kept confidential to the utmost efforts. The only reason ABCS would give your name and address to someone would be for collection efforts through the ABCS Collections Department. In no way will your personal information be sold or given to another entity. We are held by the federal government’s rules and regulations of the amended Family Education Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) of 1974. The rules and regulations of the Department of Health, Education and Welfare, “Privacy of Parents and Students,” provide students with certain rights regarding “education records.”
